June 13 - July 11, 2008 The opportunity for CCAC to proudly display our member's achievements! Eligibility: CCAC Members (memberships may be purchased at time of drop-off). Fee: CCAC Members - $4 per piece (3 for $10), Student CCAC Members - up to three pieces for $5. Commission: 25% for CCAC Members. Drop-off Dates: June 2nd - 6th. Drop Off Times: Monday-Friday 10am-4pm & Tuesday evening from 6-8pm. Pick-up Dates: July 14th -18th. Opening Reception: Friday, June 13, 5-7pm |

For a Solo or Small Group Exhibit in 2009 at:
Elkton Arts Center(EAC):
135 East Main Street, Elkton, Maryland
Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-4pm, Tuesday evenings 6-8pm
1st & 4th Saturdays of each month 10am-2pm
Exhibits: 4-6 week exhibits throughout the year in the front gallery
Artist Responsibilities: set-up, break-down, opening reception participation

Chesapeake City Town Hall Gallery(CCTHG):
108 Bohemia Avenue, South Chesapeake City, Maryland
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays noon-6pm
Exhibits: month long exhibits during summer months
Artist Responsibilities: set-up, break-down, & gallery sitting

Proposals must include:
1. Letter of intent, including exhibition location preference (EAC or CCTHG)
2. Months in 2009 artist is available for an exhibit
3. A CD containing at least 10 jpegs of your work at, at least 300dpi, with list including title media, size and date of completion
4. Artist Statement
5. Artist Resume
6. SASE for return of portfolio
IMPORTANT: Only complete submission packages will be considered. If any of the above items are missing, submission will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed by the committee. Please call (410) 392-5740 with any questions.

September 12-October 24, 2008 An open media juried exhibition with awards Juror: Tim McAleese, proprietor The Big Picture, Hockessin, Delaware For juried show only: Pieces exhibited are chosen at the discretion of the juror. Submission of artwork does not guarantee display in exhibition. Eligibility: Open to all artists of all media. Three piece maximum. Awards: Cash awards and certificates. Fee: CCAC Members - $10 first piece, $5 each additional piece CCAC Student Members - $5 for up to three pieces, all others - $10 per piece. Commission: 25% for CCAC Members, 35% for all others.
