pARTners - February 12-March 12, 2010
An open exhibition of multiple works created by: members of the same family, life partners, or any group of artists that influence each other.
Opening Reception: Friday, February 12, 5-7pm
Drop-off Dates: February 1-5
Pick-up Dates: March 15-19

Eligibility: Open to all media. Three piece maximum per artist. Works must be framed and ready to hang.  CCAC utilizes the Walker System, so please ensure your work has wire backing to sustain weight of piece. Plexiglass preferred.  Please, no work hung at CCAC in the last two years.  No work created prior to 2000.
Fee: CCAC Members - $5 per piece (3 for $10). College Student CCAC Members - $3 per piece (3 for $8), (Must present student ID at time of drop-off). Youth CCAC Members (18 and under) - up to three pieces for $5. All others - $6 per piece.
Commission: 25% for CCAC Members, 35% for all others. If artists submit 1 piece, it must be for sale. Two pieces, one must be for sale. Three pieces - two must be for sale.  Youth artists are exempt from this policy, but may sell their work if they choose to do so.
Drop Off/Pick Up Times: Monday-Friday 10am-4pm & Tuesday evening from 6-8pm.

CCAC Exhibition Guidelines: Please read eligibility requirements for all exhibitions.  All work must be the original work of the submitting artist.  No photo-mechanical reproductions of original work will be accepted.  CCAC reserves the right to refuse specific works for aesthetic, or other, reasons.  CCAC also reserves the right to rearrange or remove certain artwork for student visitations.  All work must be delivered on the designated dates and times.  All work must be picked up promptly at the close of each exhibit.  There is no storage space.  The artist agrees to hold CCAC harmless for any loss, damage or expense which may arise from the showing, hanging, storing, selling,
transporting or leasing of art entrusted to the Cecil County Arts Council.
After submission process, if 2D work is found with no wire, CCAC reserves the right to disqualify the entry and no refunds will be issued. Works not claimed within 30 days of the posted pick up dates become sole possession of Cecil County Arts Council.
