To Submit a Proposal
For a Solo or Small Group Exhibit in 2011 at:


Elkton Arts Center(EAC):
135 East Main Street, Elkton, Maryland
Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-4pm, Tuesday evenings 6-8pm
1st & 4th Saturdays of each month 10am-2pm

Exhibits: 4-6 week exhibits throughout the year in the front gallery

Artist Responsibilities: set-up, break-down, opening reception participation

Or

Summer Music Weekend Artist: North East Town Park, North East, MD, Hours: One Sunday 6-8pm Exhibits: one Sunday night during our Summer Music Concert Series, Artist Responsibilities: Set-uo-break-down and gallery sitting for the two hour period, no commission taken by CCAC

Or

Chesapeake City Town Hall Gallery(CCTHG):
108 Bohemia Avenue, South Chesapeake City, Maryland
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays noon-6pm
Exhibits: month or week long exhibits during summer months
Artist Responsibilities: set-up, break-down, & gallery sitting

Proposals must include:
1. Letter of intent, including exhibition location preference (EAC or CCTHG)
2. Months  in 2010 artist is available for an exhibit
3. A CD containing at least 10 jpegs of your work at a minimum of 300dpi, with list including title media, size and date of completion
4. Artist Statement
5. Artist Resume
6. SASE for return of portfolio

IMPORTANT: Only complete submission packages will be considered.  If any of the above items are missing, submission will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed by the committee. Please call (410) 392-5740 with any questions.
