Still, the best times to visit the “Trees,” “Shopopoly,” the Photo Show and “Artopoly,” are the opening and closing evenings as many special events are planned for those nights. For the opening event, Friday, November 14, the Arts Council will have refreshments and the live music of Bobby D. & John Grimsley (back by popular demand!) from 5-7pm. Other businesses will have extended hours this evening as well. And on Friday, December 12 from 4-8pm for the closing event, downtown Elkton will host a holiday celebration featuring carolers, choirs, beautiful decorations and, of course, Santa.
