With stops at 15 studios and displays by nearly over 25 artists, this is the Arts Council&rsquo;s way of offering the community an otherwise unavailable chance at seeing an artist at work in their own inspirational work space.&nbsp; The Open Studio Tour affords the artist the ability to showcase their craft and skill, and instills in its patrons a better understanding and appreciation for the work and labor a work of art requires. &nbsp;<br /> <br /> Maps and tour directions as well as descriptions of participating artists will be available at APGFCU branches, Cecil County Tourism in the Perryville Outlet Center, area businesses and from the Cecil County Arts Council.&nbsp; Call (410) 392-5740 for more information.
