CCAC Grant Opportunities
The Maryland State Art Council provides CCAC with funding for their Community Arts Development (CAD) and Arts in Education (AiE) grants.  Both of these grants have an annual deadline of August 12. The CAD Grant is designed to provide specific project support for organizations to bring art programs of quality to residents.  Applicants must be non-profit organizations located in Cecil County. The Arts in Education (AiE) Program is designed to promote, strengthen, and enhance the arts and arts education in the county’s elementary and secondary schools and other community settings.

Past recipients of CCAC’s grants include: Fair Hill Nature Center, the Boys & Girls Club of Cecil County, the Milburn Stone Theatre, Cecil County Choral Society, Upper Bay Counseling and public and private schools throughout the county.

CCAC encourages new applicants and offers assistance to first time applicants to guide them through the application process. All of CCAC’s grant applications are available on their website, www.cecilcountyartscouncil.org. Call 410-392-5740 for additional information.
